End of Year Classroom Party
Wednesday, June 4th @ 1:30pm
Come join us for our end of year party! We will have an ice cream buffet with all the trimmings. We will view a slideshow of pictures taken during the school year, and students will receive end of the year awards! If you can donate items for our party, please let me know. We will need…
Ice cream (any flavor)
Toppings (sprinkles, etc.)
Bowls
Chocolate/Caramel syrup
Spoons
Whip Cream
If you can donate to our party, or would like to attend, please let me know by Tuesday, June 3rd, so I can make sure we have enough of everyone.
We are so excited to celebrate our wonderful 2nd grade year!
A Request from Ms. Heather
Please refrain from packing the following items in your child's lunches:

Instant macaroni & cheese

Ramen noodles

Any can foods that would require a can opener.

Sodas/canned drinks
Be sure to send food in ready to microwave plastic containers and don't forget to include utensils, if needed. Thanks!
Math HELP!
Students are needing extra help with counting and adding money. Here are some activities you can practice counting money at home with your child. Add up change in their piggy banks, add up the change given to you at the store, estimate the amount of money needed to buy something at the store.

Looking for something to do with your child?? Why not check out our local public library! Our students miss out on the oppurtunity to browse, and check out books at our school. Why not show your child how much fun the library can be!
